Service: internet banking (E-MBI)
1- Terms and conditions hereunder are applicable to the service, the customer buy using the service admit to have read, understood and approved the conditions hereunder. The bank provides its services through E-MBI services according to the best available security procedures, however the bank is not responsible for any error that may occur as a result of internet network nature.
2- We have agreed to receive information, codes, notifications as well as whichever updating related to this service via the contact & E-mail that Authorized by the applications form (request or modify), and we pledge to inform you of any modification or defect that occurs to the mentioned contact info, Whereas the bank (Al-Mansour Investment Bank) is not responsible for any damage that might be occurred as result of inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the applicant.
3- The bank shall not be responsible for any damages claims resulting from the interruption of the service. The interruption my include: inability to access the system , system failure or break down.
4- The customer is fully responsible for all transactions performed on its account(s) through the service , and he shall not have the right challenge any of these financial or non-financial transactions as long as it done under the customer user name and password
5- The bank acknowledges that it will never request from the customer via email or any other mean, any personal information including customer user name or password. The customer should be careful and never send to email information such as the user name and/ or password for the service. Further the customer should promptly inform the bank upon receiving any such request via email or any other mean.
6- Upon the customer subscription to the service, the bank will provide the customer envelope containing the initial password to start using the service , once the customer receives the envelope the responsibility for the content of the envelope shall fully and irrevocably be transferred to the customer
7- The bank may modify the amounts limit of transactions without referring to the customer
8- The customers (individuals or corporate) should be notify the bank for any changes concerning in proxy holder(s) or the changes in minutes of meeting or other official documents, otherwise the bank not have any responsibility.
9- The bank (Al-Mansour Investment Bank) has the right to request a permit, sign the documents, and give any other information necessary for the purpose of functioning of the service, in case of failure to respond to the request, the bank has the right to suspend & cancel the E-service at the end of suspension period.
10- The bank is not responsible for the outcome of illegal using of the above accounts by unauthorized persons.
